Washington, D.C. — Today, the New Democrat Coalition Action Fund congratulated New Dem-endorsed candidate James Walkinshaw in the Democratic primary of the Special Election in Virginia’s 11th Congressional District. The general election will take place on September 9th.
James Walkinshaw is a Member of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and previously served as the Chief of Staff to New Dem Member Gerry Connolly, former Congressman for Virginia’s 11th District.
