So far, fourteen NewDem candidates and ten NewDem Frontline Members have won their highly competitive races.
As more results for House races filter in today, New Dem Action Fund Chair Annie Kuster (NH-02) issued the following statement on the New Dems that were declared victorious in congressional races so far:
“While many House races remain too close to call, we are thrilled to congratulate 10 incumbent frontline Members and 14 candidates on their impressive victories. New Dems are so proud of their campaigns and our work together to flip and keep key seats, and we look forward to welcoming new Members to Congress.”
New Dems have protected at least ten frontline Members, elected fourteen candidates and flipped three seats, including Shomari Figures in Alabama’s Second Congressional District, Josh Riley in New York’s 19th, and John Mannion in New York’s 22nd.
