New Dems Action Fund Rolls Out Anti-Corruption Action Plan Ahead of Midterm Elections

Today, the New Democrat Coalition Action Fund (NDAF) announced the release of its Anti-Corruption Action Plan, a set of concrete actions Congress can and must take to root out corruption in D.C., restore trust in the federal government, and deliver real results for everyday Americans.

The Anti-Corruption Action Plan is a promise to the American people from  New Dem incumbents and endorsed candidates: New Dems will tackle corruption in Washington and ensure politicians work for the people – not themselves. The Action Plan offers concrete steps to take on conflicts of interest, protect taxpayer dollars, restore voting rights, reassert the powers of Congress, and hold federal courts accountable.

“While everyday Americans struggle to get by under the Republicans’ cost of living crisis, the same politicians who vote to raise their prices and cut their healthcare are raking in cash from insider trading, crypto scams, and backroom deals,” said NDAF Chair Greg Stanton (AZ-04). “Our Anti-Corruption Action Plan is a promise to the American people: when we take back the majority this fall, New Dems will work tirelessly to advance real reforms that tackle corruption across every branch of the federal government.”
